We offer a 60-day return guarantee. Warranty will begin from the date the product is received. If a product grows defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.
If the product is returned new/unopened within 60 days of when the customer initially received their package, they will be refunded fully for the warranty purchase.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

if you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:
- If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
- The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
- If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you
Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within three days. (The bank may delay the payment)
You can receive a refund within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
